The Dindi Dance Community Steps Scholarship is designed to make our dance classes accessible to children who may face barriers to participation due to financial or social circumstances. This initiative reflects our commitment to fostering inclusivity and ensuring every child has the opportunity to experience the joy and benefits of dance.

Scholarship Details:

Eligibility: The scholarship is open to children who demonstrate a genuine interest in our classes and whose families may face barriers to participation.

Award: One full-term scholarship per term, covering the cost of all classes, registration and uniform during that term.

Duration: The scholarship is valid for one term and may be re-applied for in subsequent terms if the child continues to meet eligibility criteria.

How to Apply or Nominate:

Nomination Form: Community members are encouraged to nominate deserving children using a simple nomination form, available on our website or at the studio.

Personal Statement: Nominations should include a brief statement about why the child would benefit from participating in our dance classes. Self-nominations by families are also welcome.

Selection Process:

Nominations will be reviewed by a small panel of Dindi Dance staff who will assess each submission based on the child’s enthusiasm for dance and the potential positive impact of the scholarship.

All nominees will be notified of the outcome within two weeks of the application deadline.

Terms and Conditions:

The scholarship is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Recipients are expected to attend classes regularly and participate fully.
