Terms & Conditions 

Dindi Dance and Dindi Cheer Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Dindi Dance and Dindi Cheer. By enrolling your child in our classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Enrolment and Fees

Enrolment is confirmed once the registration form has been submitted and the required registration fee has been paid.

Term fees are invoiced separately and must be paid in full by the due date listed on the invoice.

All fees are paid in advance and are non refundable unless a class is cancelled by Dindi Dance or Dindi Cheer.

Failure to pay fees by the due date may result in suspension of participation until payment is received.

2. Attendance and Make Up Classes

Regular attendance is encouraged to support skill development, confidence, and enjoyment.

We understand that children may occasionally miss classes due to illness or other commitments. Where possible, we will do our best to offer make up classes. However, make up classes are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

No refunds or credits are provided for missed classes due to student absence.

3. Class Placement

Class placement is based on age, ability, and class availability.

Preferences may be indicated at the time of registration, however final placement is at the discretion of Dindi Dance and Dindi Cheer to ensure a positive and safe learning environment.

4. Uniform and Attire

Uniform is strongly encouraged. If uniform is a barrier to participation, families are invited to speak with the teacher or studio team in confidence.

Appropriate footwear such as socks or dance shoes is required for safety and participation in all classes.

5. Behaviour Expectations

All students are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers, staff, and fellow students.

Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from an activity or class to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants.

6. Health and Safety

Parents or guardians must inform Dindi Dance of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or additional needs that may affect participation.

Students who are unwell or injured should not attend class. Where possible, advance notice is appreciated.

Dindi Dance and Dindi Cheer take all reasonable precautions to provide a safe environment. However, participation is at the child’s own risk.

7. Cheer Specific Safety

Cheer classes involve physical activities including jumps, strength based movements, and partner work.

Students must follow all safety instructions provided by teachers at all times. Failure to do so may result in removal from specific activities for safety reasons.

8. Parent and Guardian Responsibilities

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring students are collected promptly at the end of class.

For Tiny Tots classes, parents or guardians may be required to remain onsite during the lesson.

9. Concerts and Performances

Participation in concerts and performances is encouraged but not compulsory.

Concerts and performances may involve additional costs such as costumes or participation fees. We work hard to keep these costs as low as possible while ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our dancers.

Once costumes are ordered, they are non refundable.

10. Media Consent

By enrolling, parents or guardians consent to photos and videos of their child being used for promotional purposes including social media, website, and printed materials.

Families who do not wish for images to be used must notify Dindi Dance in writing.

Images will always be used respectfully and appropriately.

11. Insurance and Personal Belongings

All registered students are covered by appropriate insurance during class time.

Dindi Dance and Dindi Cheer are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

​

12. Cancellations and Changes

Classes cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, emergencies, or venue issues will be rescheduled where possible. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit may be applied.

Dindi Dance reserves the right to make changes to class times, teachers, or locations where necessary.

13. Communication

Official communication will be provided via email or our nominated communication platforms.

Social media messages are not monitored for urgent matters.

​

14. Updates to Terms and Conditions

Dindi Dance and Dindi Cheer reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Families will be notified of significant changes.
