Welcome to Dindi Dance! By enrolling your child in our dance lessons, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Enrolment and Fees

• Enrolment is secured upon submission of the registration form and payment of the registration fee.

• Term fees are invoiced separately and are payable in full by the due date stated on the invoice.

• Fees are non-refundable unless classes are canceled by Dindi Dance.

 

2. Attendance and Punctuality

• Students must arrive on time for classes. Repeated late arrivals may impact participation in class activities.

• Regular attendance is encouraged to ensure consistent progress.

 

3. Class Placement

• Class placement is determined based on the child’s age and ability. Preferences can be selected during registration, but final placement is subject to availability and class numbers.

 

4. Uniform and Attire

• Uniform is highly encouraged , however please speak to the teacher if this is a barrier to your child’s participation?

• Socks or dance shoes are required for safety & participation. 

 

5. Behavior Expectations

• Students are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards instructors and fellow students.

 

6. Health and Safety

• Parents/guardians are responsible for informing Dindi Dance of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect participation.

• Students unable to participate due to illness or injury must provide advance notice where possible.

 

7. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

• Parents/guardians must be available to pick up students promptly at the end of class.

• For Tiny Tots, parents/guardians may be required to stay onsite during the lesson.

 

8. Media Release

• By enrolling, parents/guardians grant permission for photos or videos of their child in class or performances to be used for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.

 

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Classes canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergencies or teacher absence) will be rescheduled where possible. If rescheduling is not feasible, a credit will be applied.

• No refunds or credits are given for missed classes due to student absence.

 

10. Liability

• Dindi Dance and its instructors take every precaution to ensure a safe environment. However, participation is at the child’s own risk, and Dindi Dance is not liable for injuries sustained during classes.

 

11. Updates to Terms and Conditions

• Dindi Dance reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as needed. Parents/guardians will be notified of any changes in advance.
